Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring in to your notice that there is abnormal delay in the delivery of fresh cylinder by your Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) Dealer named Aggarwal Gas Service located at Kadma, Jamshedpur. He accepts fresh booking only after 15 days from the delivery of cylinder, after booking he takes 20 days for delivery of new cylider, so totally takes approx 35 day to deliver next cylrnder. Pls let me know this is your company rules/instruction or locally made rule.
It is very difficul for a family to run his cooking by a cyliner for 35 days. Request you to kindly abolish this type of dictatorship over consumers and reduce the delivery period so that consumer can be put in comfort zone. Actualy this type of rules promote black marketing and it is not matching with your company's reputation.
