Regarding passport-Not Recieved passport

Dear sir

My name is Krishna Kumar, I have applied for passport on 23-01 (File # LKOA01521708) but still i have not recieved the Passport. Till last month i was seeing a status on passport site as "Status: It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a weeks time". But when i checked last week i found a new status as "File Reference Number (LKO-A015217-08) is either wrong or Information NOT available"

I have written Grievance mail to "[email protected]""[email protected]"and on "http://pgportal.gov.in/" i called to lucknow passport office but most of the numbers which i found on web page are not in use or nobody will respond them.

Request you to please update me on my passport status and take some action so that i can recieve my passport. I will be very thakful if i get passprot.
