I, SHRI SHAILESHKUMAR VISHWAKARMA SUBMITTING 2ND TIME COMPLAINT THAT I HAVE A FLAT AT VIRAR EAST. CONSUMER NO. 001880309494 AND BILLING UNIT IS 4706 : VIRAR EAST S/DN. ELECTRICITY HAD BEEN STARTED FROM NOV. IN THE BEGINNING FOUR MONTHS BILL AMOUNT WAS OK BUT AFTER FOURTH MONTH THE AMOUNT INCREASED AND IT SAYS THAT I USE 50 UNIT IN A MONTH. AND THE ELECTRICITY BILL ALWAYS SHOW METER STATUS FAULTY. AS NO ONE LIVE IN THE FLAT HOW THE ONE CAN USE ELECTRICITY. I HAD SEND MANY MAILS TO MAHADISCOM ABOUT THIS BUT THEY HAD NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION YET. I HAD ALSO CONTACT THROUGH PHONE BUT I DIDN'T GET ANY RESPONSE. I HAD ALSO PAID ALL THE BILL BUT THE EXCESS AMOUNT OF BILLIS NOT STOPPING.ITS MY 2ND COMPLAINT AND UR NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST THIS MATTER. SIR PLEASE DO NEEDFUL ASAP.
