My name is Rajesh Sharma and my CRN number is 332170.I am not receiving bills from Mahanagar Gas from August onwards I lodged complaints on their web site also but till now no-one has been in touch with me.
My meter is not read since for more then one year, one day someone called from MGL over phone and asked my father to give him the Meter reading on Phone he said he cannot take reading at his own as the meter is installed at height and he doesn't now how to take the reading on this calling person said if you will not give reading the MGL will raise a hefty bill, my father said why don't you send someone to take reading, and the answer given to my father was THEY CANNOT SEND THEIR PERSON FOR METER READING.
Therefore I decided to lodge a compliant through your forum because their helpline number 26594500 / 26591177 are of no use because no one comes on line to talk to you.
