I took a new Omni LPG car on 17th june 2007 from Maruti Suzuki, Ratan Motors, Chembur Mumbai. I took the car for my busness not for persnal use and one day absence was very affected to my busness & that will be very majaor loss for me. In hole one year i had visited 8 times to Ratan motors service centre for rectify mechanical problem. On the 6th visit that was on 17th May 2008 they had repaired GEAR SHIFTING HARD and for that they kept my car for 8days due to non availabality of parts for repair, after that in only 45days the same poblem was created and that was sortout with in 3 days, and now again i have poblem with timebelt repair. I dont understand what was the problem for a new car arrives in a one Year, and now i have booked another new omni LPG from same delar but now i am thinking to droped my plan to purchase new MARUTI OMNI LPG. Is that problem with delar service centre or its a manufacture defect? I am request you to take action on that as early as possible.
