Subject: Unsatisfactory services by the Maruti Authorised service center and The Unjust

Disapproval Of claim by the Insurance company Royal Sundaram.

DearSir,

The following are the facts and my grievances in the complaint:

1). I am the consumer of Maruti Alto LXI, Registration No UP 13 L 7900, and I Live in Bulandshahr and Noida.

2). My car got accident on 4/09 on ring road Delhi by a truck and got some scratches on the driver side by the truck. On the same time when I tried to save my car from the truck I got accident with an auto at the driver side and got some scratches on the doors of left hand side and the panel on the left had side below the bonat also got damaged.

3) I claimed the damages of both the sides but the Insurance company denied the claim of both the sides and approved the insurance in a very unjustified manner of only one side.

4) I took my car on 11/09 in the authorized service center S.K & Co. at Bulandshahr (U.P) at 11:00 AM. The surveyor came on next day due to late information given by the service center to the surveyor due to which my claim could not be approved on time and the work got started on my car only after 4long days due to negligent and irresponsible behavior of the service center.

5). I got the delivery of car after 7 long days on 17/09. At the time of delivery I found that the back light of left hand side is also damaged and when I inquire about it they told me that it was already broken when the car came at the center but the check slip does not mention that the lights were broken. After a huge altercation and hoopla at the center they changed my light. A lotof mental trouble and my valuable time got spent in alll this. This incident itself shows the customer satisfaction at the service center.

6) I request you to take the appropriate action against the service center, Maruti Co. and the insurance company so that such kind of incident does not take place again and the bonafide customer did not get such kind of frustrating behavior at the service centers and by the Insurance company.

7) I also request you to instruct the insurance co. about giving me the claim of left hand side with all compensations.

8) I also request you to provide me the damages of Rs 1000 per day for the late delivery of my car and compensate me for all my mental torture by the service center and by the Insurance co.
