Dealer not redeeming the reward points

I hold a Maruti Suzuki Auto card and have been accumulating reward points for redemption when I go to a Maruti Dealer.

M/s Patel Motors, Indore do not have a person who can carry out this activity and have refused to redeem the reward points.
