I am the ex-employer of AADARA SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES And Seriously it is a pain from inside to say that i was the aadara ex-employer. I was a part of that group that is totally fake. Here are the deatils about the company policy:-
About Security Money: Here they will recruit people by saying that after one year you will get your refund but actually its not happened to me till now. I have joined on 2nd May and resigned on 11th May.By the policy they had to give money on 11 itself but they didnt. They told us to keep wait for next 35 days. They will say like that Your security will process within 35 days. But actually till now i didnt get my security. Everyday i am calling to HR guys and Company Management but they dont pick up calls, if they will pick up call than they will say within 1 day you will get your refund. Seriously guys i am just fedup. I need a help to resolve this issue. What should i do to get my money back? Please Freshers dont spoil your life by getting here. You will become their slave and whatever they will say you have to folllow. If you dont admit my words. Than go to office and directly ask to any currently employer who is working.
About Salary: They didnt credited my Pending April Month's Salary also. I have told so many times HR guy, Madhu, Bharathi. All Are fake persons. They just want your money. If they dont want to give salary than just say that we cant give you a salary, so that i can think that i have given my salary to one beggar.
Please Help Any CS or LAwyer to help me out. What should i exactly do to do a serious complaint about this fraud company?
