With the help of local police and civiliens the fire was bought under control. later reported to company, officials of maruti suzuki india limited inspected the car, on12/6/8
they posted a letter saying that when car was delivered on 16/3/7 it was checked and no defect was was present at the time of delivery, and by saying so they want to brush away their responsibility, cause of fire that took place in a running vehicle which could have caused me my life is no where in picture, n company does not shows an intention to replace the vehicle with the stand saying we don't have such policies, said so by Mr dua. territory service manager mumbai. Now this is not the kind of service we expect from the one of the most successful automobile company in india.
