Delay in accident insurance claim

I am a proud owner of Maruti Suzuki Wagon R, which is bought from your Thrissur dealer – Sitaram Motors on 07/12. (Vehicle No. is KL 08 AN 2830). I am almost happy with the performance of my car. I have taken my car’s insurance (ICICI Lombard) as per recommended by dealer authorities. Recently I met an accident on 17-07, and report to your workshop at Thrissur. As per their advice I bring my car to workshop for accident claim. (dt.18-07). But till date there is no suitable action from their side. I enquired several times and they had informed me that they cannot give insurance claim as insurance company rejected the claim. But still I have not received any information from insurance company regarding this. So that I invite your kind attentions in this gaze at and solve my problem as soon as possible.
