DELAY and INDIFFERENT DEALER

Booked swift in March25 and was promised delivery in max 20days. Today is March 27 and there is no update from the dealer. Everytime i need to call them and ask for updates!!! Is this way you treat customers? Extremely bad customer service from MARUTI . Am attaching the details below. Expecting something will be done soon!!!
