My Registration number is DL 9C QS 8350, for Maruti SX4 Vxi,
My complaint is for DD Motors Mayapuri, they have incompetent staff including mechanics, there was some problem with my blower they took 4 hours to figure out the problem, tired me, I asked them to leave my vehicle in as it is condition, there Customer Service people, Ms. Manmeet and other technical staff are so arrogant with the customers. they didn't bother to tell me how much time this is going to take. instead just asked me to keep waiting. and when I asked them after 4 hours how long its gonna take now, they said they don't have time to check my car.
I think DD Motors is a shame on the corporate name of India and they should shut down their showrooms and service centers. They over charge the customers (4000.oo for the first free service) lol. they try to upsell waste things. and misguide the customers at every point. i am taking this matter with the consumer court today and will make sure they learn a good lesson.
If you really want a good after sale service, don't buy from DD Motors. they are pathetic. There GM Mr. Nair briefs it staff every day, but on how to fool the customers and increase the revenue of the company by duping and misguiding the customers.
I guess they were better off roadside mechanics.
