With reference to policy number 431217223 - Life Maker Unit Linked Investment Plan – Risk Element, I have paid Premium for 2009 by Cheque no 591904, premium amount Rs. 15000 towards the above mentioned policy. This cheque is credited into your A/c on 02/01, but in the Receipt, it shows premium receipt of Rs 7500=00 only.
On enquiring the same I come to know the Amount of Rs 7500=00 was allocated to Top up.
I give the request on 21/01 to allocate the amount from top up to Premium with Request no 2060430 but in the receipt which shows the fund statement as on 05/02 it still is showing amount of Rs 7500=00 only.
Can I hope anyone will look into this matter and provide me the consolidated Receipt of Rs 15000=00 for FY09.
