I tried to book a ticket for 'Kung Fu Panda' on saturday 16-Aug 13:15 show. I selected 'E6' seat and proceeded with payment and got the message "Success" for booking the ticket but it mentioned in the same page its mentioned that "the ticket will be confirmed only if you are able to see the bookings in 'My Bookings' ". So I checked it in 'My Bookings' but not able to find the booked ticket then I proceeded to book other seat 'D8' and I got the same problem then I booked 'G11' but this time when I looked in 'My Bookings', I am shocked to see all the three tickets in 'My Bookings'.
When I called up customer care and told about the problem, they didnt agree with me and they told that that was my mistake and asked me to sell the tickets to somebody. As the tickets were single no one was willing to buy the tickets. I ended up in losing 280 rupees because of this crap mayajaal online booking.
Be careful in booking tickets at Mayajaal or better dont book tickets at mayajaal.
