I, UPENDRA LAL KARN, sent the duly filled up application form with original Scrpt (Bond) and all other required papers and details for ECS mandate on 02.04.2009 through speed post. even after 20 days I have not received any response/acknowledgement even. Whome should I approach now? or enquire about this.
