My consumer no.01051... i reside in mayiladuthurai, nagai district of tamil nadu... i have 2 cylinders.i booked a cylinder on 5th oct 09, it was billed on 10th oct, came for delivery on 16th oct, when door was locked and later delivered after 20th oct..when went to book again on 30th, company refused statin that it is due on 16th nov only..when suggested that other cylinder was received more than a month ago, they stated additional cylinder cannot be taken into account..suppose if a cylinder is delivered on 1st of a month and another on 25th accordin to their contention cylinder can be booked on 25th of next month only..if delivery time of 10 days is added one can get a cylinder once in 60 days only even if there are 2 cylinders..this may be due to one of the following reasons...
1.there system program is incompatible to track bookin of families with 2 cylinders..
2.they automatically book in stipulated time without knowledge of consumer and divert it statin door locked..
kindly do something. one of my cylinders got exhausted on 30th oct and other will soon become empty...
