Customer Name in CIBIL Defaulter List

I have applied for a Car Loan recently. I am shocked to note that someone has reported me defaulter for 2nos two wheeler loan and credit card. I have never taken any loan for two wheeler. These both loans are reported at my so -called Agra Address, But I have never been in Agra. I think someone has cheated this or there is some mismatch of name.

As far as Credit Card loan is concerned I would like to say that ICICI Bank debited this amount for obtaining Policy but in fact Neither I applied for any policy nor signed any document for this purpose. Any employee of ICICI Prod. has done this to achieve his targed and ICICI Bank forced me to pay this amount. But when I protested for this and asked for proper proof ICICI Bank was not in position to provide me any papers.,
