I have approached this agency to get a maid to look after my child. This agency takes 1 month salary advance of Rs 5000 and service charge, The maid who stayed with us returned before one month and I had to give her that month's money. From then on Mr Tom is telling he will provide a replacement. But the replacement never came, so we informed him that we donot need any more maids. From then on we following up daily for the one month salary advance which is held by him. Daily he says he will transfer tomorrow, the money hasn't yet reached us till.
I keep hearing from lot of my friends in bangalore that they are also facing the same problem with Mr TOm. Looks like he has not returned the money to any of them.
Such agencies should be blacklisted and their license should be cancelled. Request government to take immediate action
