Respected Sir,
With due respect. I Pooja Garg w/o Advocate Vikal Garg, Resident of 44, Vikas Nagar, Bhiwani (HAR) wants to submit an application against my husband Advocate Vikal Garg. He harrased me and beaten me today i.e 15th December.
Due to this very incident i thought of leaving him and due to this very thought i called my parents and maternal uncle. When they came upon my call, my husband Vikal thrashed his head into the mirror and started threatning my uncle and brother that he will file a case against them under section 306 and will show them.
Due to this very step of him, My uncle and mother went to the Sabji Mandi Police Station and submitted an applicaion against him. Soon the policemen went with my mother and tried to solve the issue but the attempt was totally failed as the policemen said that the girl i.e me is very much threatened. Soon the policemen left the site. After that my Mother tried to bring me with her upon my request but my husband again started to fight with my mother and brother. This all happened in 99, Nai Basti, Bhiwani (HAR) between 6 PM to 10:30 PM. After that I somehow managed to leave that place. Also here I want to mention that my Mother, Brother and my Maternal uncle have nothing to do with the whole issue. They are totally innocent
I also wants to point out I am solely responsible for my this step of leaving my husband and nobody else is responsible for this.
