Where is my reply on the Indian government declaring that you can make liable a customer ONLY the limit you have sanctioned. If this is not what you will follow, lemme know, I will approach a consumer forum for compensation. If you will follow, where does this term, OVER LIMIT come from? And then interest and service tax on the same. Ridiculous BLODD SUCKERS.

Further read your email below on January 19 where it states “We would like to inform you that we have referred your complaint to the concerned department and will revert to you shortly on the status of the same”. What did that department do? Ask them to pay the bloody interest that you are charging me. YOU ARE SUCKERS.

Where is the answer regarding your collection agent calling me and torturing and harassing me? Where is your reply regarding addressing me wrong? I DONT NEED NUT MANAGERS replying anymore nuts.

Have your next level contact me ASAP. Where the hell are they? READING THESE, are they aware of these or are they SLEEPING?

I WILL NOT PAY A PENNY until I receive any and all explanations and A RESOLUTION IDIOTS. ALSO REVERSAL OF STUPID CHARGES AGAINST LAW.

If you are not following this, I will ask a compensation in consumer forum stating that you are not following LAW of the government. WHY OVER LIMIT if you are not authorized to sanction anything above my limit. You crappy **** organization, you cant abide law? You are not even authorized to provide credit cards, if you do not follow what is happening around in the world ****.

Please provide me an explanation for each and every part of my email, else all the correspondences will be taken to your higher authorities along with a case in consumer forum along with a criminal offense of not abiding INDIAN LAW. Also complaints will be launched for cheating me and not providing me a solution for so long and just dragging the issue so that your Bak earns money.

You are nut. Please respond to my email dated February 23. Please read below and revert ASAP. This is from the court room. You abide Indian Law or do I need to approach consumer forum for cheating case. (420).

Also you never answered why I was told that you are raising the dispute with the merchant and you requested a letter and made me wait for one month!!! Just to add up to my interest charges. This is again a 420 case, you know it better, Manager. Please respond to what I am asking for and dont reply what you know, then you are not fir for the job, this is again cheating. Again I reiterate the card is at my possession, you can send your Bank employee to verify if you want. Apart from me, it is only your Bank which has all the details. So your Bank is cheating, or your employees there are cheating?

Please reverse the overlimit charge, finance charge for anything over my actual limit. I have raised up this issue with Bharti, you give me TIME as you ate my TIME. If this is not resolved, all the communications will be taken to a Crime Branch along with consumer forum for a heavy compensation for giving me the run around for SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO long.

Also, this is atleast the 10th time I am asking, please give me your Customers grievance point or the redressal department's contact. YOU manager or a cheater? 420? Please provide me what I am asking.

Cut your canned, nutty responses. This is getting beyond limits. This is your limit now. I will sue all managers that way you have responded.

Reverse the overlimit, finance charges and anything above 41, 000 because of the reasons I had mentioned in the below email. Also give me time as you cheated me saying that you are raising the issue with the merchant.

Further to all what has happened, I have just raised the issue with Bharti. For me to take the issue with the merchant, I need some time. As you are also responsible for the delay in me approaching the merchant, I would request you to put these transactions on hold until the issue is resolved. I would have approached the merchant if you had told me in the first instance, you held this up for more than a month. You requested a letter from me, then I received a call that you are following up with the merchant, (Himani, please acknowledge this, else I will sue you personally). You had reverted back to me only by first week of February stating that you cannot raise the issue with the merchant. Now, I had started conversing with them and obviously, they also need some time to investigate.

Now, please let me know what I need to pay before 27th to keep the account in good standing. I would make an immediate payment.

Further, Bharti is stating that there needs to be an account number which they provide to the Bank on any transactions carried over on their website.

I infact got the transaction #s from you guys over the phone. Further, I need the following:

The date and time these transactions were carried out

The Account number provided to ABN (Bharti claims they have provided this number to you. This is the account number for which the payment was made for).

The telephone number appearing against the charge

The name of the merchant as claimed by the merchant

Please provide the above at the earliest for me to proceed the investigation with Bharti. I request you cooperation in resolving this issue.

Please consider this as a request and provide me time.

I have already told you guys, I did not authorise these transactions. Please revert charges ASAP. I did tell you guys even before you sanctioned the amount to the merchant. Now you guys go and find out with the merchant.

1. I did not authorise these transactions and the card is with me.

2. Proove me liable, I will surely pay.

3. You had no rights to give over limit on my card, which ended up in this nonsense. My limit on that day was App. Rs.8500/-.

4. Its your organization that sanctioned the money to the merchant, though your customer had told you that he did not authorize this payment. (sounds crazy)

Please revert ASAP. I will pay for my usage on the card.

I received the below reply. What the hell is happening out here? Do you call yourself a PROFESSIONAL organization. I raised a master card dispute and I had send the letter to your Bank. Upon receipt of my letter, you had called and informed that your back end team is verifying the charges and asked me to wait for a week for you to update the status. Then, NO call from you.

I got your email address and I am writing to you as you are the person who called me and said you are verifying on the dispute. I did not hear back from you and I had to write the below email. Then I receive an email from card services asking me to pay for this. Are we on the same track here or do I need to approach cyber crime? Please advise at your earliest before I take up this illegal issue the way it needs to be, it seems you guys are not professional enough.

You can give me any explanation which is against the terms and conditions that we had agreed upon. Now, please return my money back to the credit card. I will not pay for these transactions. Foremost it was your fault to sanction this amount. Now because of you first allowing over limit had put me into this trouble.

You can further investigate and get the money back from Bharti Airtel as I did not do these transactions. So, please remove the charges from my account and if any overdraft charges. I would like to make a payment of Rs. 15, 000 against my dues. Please revert my money back before I make the payment.

Moreover my card did not have that much limit for you to authorise the

first transaction. My limit as on that day was approximately Rs. 8, 500.

What rights did you have to pass transactions above my limit? Not one

after that, there were three, one for Rs. 10, 000 then for Rs. 1, 525 and

then for Rs. 999. Whose money it is that you had to pass through above

my limit? We had agreed upon terms that you had provided me a limit of

Rs. 41, 000. As on the date these internet transactions were made I had

a limit of app. Rs. Rs. 8, 500.

First please do not sanction the amount to the merchant, it is Fraud.

Please help your Customer.
