Screen trouble shooting

I have purchased lenovo3000 series laptop through ur dealer "viranchi communications ltd" Nellore, last December 07, later found some defects in the screen, not seen, the system is to be restarted started again and again, some black and white screen appears, some thin line covers the half of the screen etc., iam fed up with the system, iam asking the local dealer to replace the system. sir i submit the complaint, I was given a defective piece at the time of purchase so pls exchange this defective to the new.
