The centre showed their inabliity to repair the mobile on account of non-aviablibity of Flex Cable Display. They have informed that they had already made the indent with the complany but the part had not been supplied so far although a period of 3 months had lapsed. It is requested the Flex Cable Display may immediately be supplied to M/s Redington India Limited, Kanpur so that my mobile set can be repaired.

Further, your toll free no.1800 11 1211 is being tried so many times but it has not been materlized for the reasons best known to MOTOROLA.
