MOTOROLA V93
PHONE NOT WORKING

Dear Madam,

If the below mentioned problem is not solved I have to register or go to consumer Court.

Even Software people Mr, bhushan had come to my place thrice and taken logs and found that Out of 50 calls made 40 calls have failed.

What shall I do.

Kindly reimburse my Money BAck

Please note that I have visited Motorola ASC and explained them the problem regarding network issue. Those people have told me there is no problem in Handset and the problem is in network Your people are not ready to solve the problem. The last option left is to go to consumer court and give all the details to news channel where I will get Justice

I have Purchased Motorola V 9m from Malleswaram Reliance Web world. But the problem is The phone is always Not reachable. I am running every corner but my efforts are not reaping me good results.

EVEN RELIANCE STAFF VISITED MY HOUSE AND THEY HAVE SAID THEIR IS PROBLEM IN HANDSET AND NOT IN NETWORK AS CLAIMED BY MOTOROLA.

Further you suggest me what I shall Do. Even I am having written Mails from Reliance which suggest their is Problem in handset. The last option left is to go to Consumer Court to claim my money back and the pain I have suffered

Kindly guide me and give me your chairman’s or top officials email ID in case you are not capable of doing so. In mean time I have told my cousins to contact Reliance In Mumbai and do the needful and get me contact details. If you are unable to do the same kindly inform me so that I can take further action or go to Consumer Court.

visited the customer location, customer is facing not rechable issue all over bangalore. The sensitivity of the handset is bad compared to other handset.

Kindly see the Problem in attached file. We both of them purchased the mobile from Reliance Malleswaram and then gave it to Motorola service centre

But the same problem is repeating

No response from Motorola company

Dissatisfied for the first time by using the set

Pl advice me what to do..?

I Request you change the handset at the earliest.

I am struggling from past month onwards….i also given so many e-mails & having so many request numbers given by your Personnels.

But there is no use.

I am very much upset with MOTOROLA service…

I am the customer of reliance..not Motorola…

I don’t want go to MOTOROLA here after.

Pl solve my problem within 48 hours… otherwise there is no any other option for me..finally I have to file the petition against Reliance & Motorola in the consumer court.

Hope now you will understand my problem & do the needful immediately.
