The goods delivered on my residence at noida on 9 July. Lots of items are damaged and one bag containing clothes are missing.
I had taken insurance of Rs 1 lacs paying Rs 3000 to United National Packers & Movers, but till today neither i receive the receipt or the insurance policy.
Now these peoples are not taking my calls and when ever i call them they say that it take time they are searching the goods.
Through your medium, i request to take serious action against United National Packers & Movers so that they behave professionally with their customers in future, also help me in getting insurance policy and missing luggage
