NON RECEIPT OF PF SLIPS FOR THE YEAR 07 & 08

Sir,

I, G. Anuradha worked as accountant in MPR REFRACTORIES LTD . Till date I was not issued PF slips for the year 07-08. They are telling PF OFFICE - PATANCHERU, was not issued silps till date. Further they are telling that we ahve submitted FORM 3A (revised) and 6A (revised) on 21.01.08 but till date they have not issued the slips. the Company CODE IS: AP/HY/22101.

kindly help us in getting PF Annual Slips
