FAULTY METER NOT REPLACED SINCE 3-4 MONTHS.
I am Haribhau A Gabhale, living at Asangaon, thane. I have made a written complaint for my higher mater consumption in last 3-4 months. After following personally so many times they have checked the meter and found faulty. Now I am waiting for my meter replacement since last 3-4 months have passed. I have contacted Shri Rathore, Officer-In-Charge and Shri Vishe but in vain. Bill amount is piling up and every month. I am going to every saturnday and shown the problem. MSEB staff is check and promiss to replace the meter. but till date no solve the problem. I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH TIME IS SUFFICIENT FOR SUCH ISSUES BUT CERTAINLY NOT 3-4 MONTHS.
