Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Mr. Mihir Kr. Dutta (Ex. Deputy Commissioner of Police, Kolkata), residing at 33/C, Creek Lane, Kol - 700014, would like to place a complaint against my LPG gas supplier, M/s fair Deal Gas Corner of 16/1A, Creek Row, Kol - 700014, which is being conducted by Miss. Champa Shree Saha.
I would like to inform you that on 01st. August I had booked one LPG gas cylinder from the above mentioned gas dealer and supplied to me on the same day. On 05th August when I connected my cylinder to the gas oven I found that the gas is not burning. Here I would like to also bring to your concern that my oven is perfectly allright. I weighed the supplied cylinder and to my dismay I found that it seemed to be lighter than the usual full cylinder. Immediately I informed my gas supplier about the incident and requested them to replace my empty cylinder with a full cylinder. But again here to my dissappointment they not only misbehaved with me but also informed me that they will not help in any way and would not replace the empty cylinder with a full one. Moreover, they also told me that I have to again bye a full cylinder, which means that the amount of Rs. 350/- which had paid for the previous cylinder is completely useless.
Hence I am forced to place my complain at your disposal so that I can look forward for your concern and help in this matter. I request you an early response and wish that my compliant will be resolved with immediate effect.
