It is to inform you that I have one domestic gas connection (containing No. P-1510 Home delivery) from Indane Gas Agency namely M/S Pataudi Indane gas Agency, Pataudi, Distt- Gurgaon (HR). I have personelly booked my cyclinder for refiling on 05.04.2011 but inspite of repeated requests, agency has not provided gas cyclinder to me till date due to which I am facing lot of difficulties at my home. Earlier they also refused to provide refill cyclinder to me and after making compliant in your office, only they provided me cyclinder. I am not in view to make compliant every time agaist above agency instead of request them to provide me cyclinder but my all efforts was invain and I am compelled to registred this compliant. It is therefore, requested that this agency may be black listed after though inquary on the matter and in the same time they may be directed to provide me cyclinder immediately otherwise I will compel to take shelter of the Hon'ble Court.
