PF SETTLEMENT NOT YET CREDITED

I have resigned my job on 01.09. submitted form 19 and form 10c during the month of April. MY PF SETTLEMENT IS NOT YET CREDITED IN MY SB A/C no 9854 TNSC Bank, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 34. I want to know the reason for the money being not yet credited in my account.

Kindly help me to get my settlement amount.
