I have booked my gas connection on 08/10/2010 from indane gas service M/S Ravi enterprises kakadev Kanpur .The booking no was 2971 as per office information .Till date 22/10/2010 they have not supplied the gas .On 22/10/2010 they have told bokking no.1841 was deleivered kindly look in the matter how can is possible after lapse of 14 days booking is pending.
