Full final payment

Dear sir

I am join star alu build organization in18 sep 2007 and leave 15 may with one month notice period completion. My full final payment cheque not release company. I am waiting two month. But not positive response company. This time not join any company and financial condition very poor.By rule any employ Leave Company with complete notice period .company give employ to full final cheque. But this organization not releases my payment.

So I kindly request to you please release my payment as soon as possible
