I am having MTNL 256 unlimited plan phone no. 01127056734, for the past 45 days my internet connection is not working sometimes it starts working but it is so frustratingly slow. The download speed is less than 1kbps whenever it's working. I have made numerous complaints on their toll free no. 1504 and everytime they register a complain and nothing happens. Last week when i was submitting an application to disconnect the connection these MTNL employees told me to wait for 1-2 days and they will look into the problem, but still there is no improvement. Sometimes their employees say that our internet will never work. This is so frustrating that i am forced to write this complaint. I am also submitting an application to refund my money in the MTNL department. I am not hopeful that any action will be taken but it is my duty to atleast warn the people about this useless company.
