THROUGH THE GRIVANCE CELL INCHARGE

Dear Sir,

I holding two dophine mobile no, i.e. 9868240097 and 9868146697, on 10.2.2009 I registered myself through internet for caller tune and accordingly I send my caller tune rbt no and song name by sms to 56262. After waiting 24 hours by paying registration charge and call tune charge what a customer got do you know and what useless guidance he got from your help line no 1503.

After paying all necessary charge the customer got default caller tone from mtnl, after several talk with 1503 (you may go for call scarch from my mobile no. and well as from my landline line no. i.e. 23360073) I got one way facility means if any person call me through landline he will get caller tune, no caller tune from mobile to mobile (always ringing your default tune) accordingly again I contacted several times to your 1503 and they gave me the complaint no. and they advise me to wait 48 hours for getting the actual service.

Can I know from you is it the service of mtnl. After deducting the customer account he will get big a zero service.

Sometimes I think I make a grate mistake by taking the service of MTNL

One advise to you sometime you call to 1503 specially at night nobody will respond the your call, you will get ground reality of the service of your helpline.
