I had taken connection of VOIP, IPTV and Broadband on my above phone and I am paying for it to you but I am sorry to say that IPTV i not working from the day I had taken nor VOIP, Broadband is working properly since last 2-3 months. Till Now I was complaning over phone to "AKSH OPTIFIBRE LIMITED" who is your consumer support, but I did not reiceived any response them. Till today VOPI, IPTV and Broadband are not working. As IPTV was not working I had written a letter to MTNL for cancelling the same but it is not yet cancelled and I am paying you monthly Rs.453/- for above services without getting services.
Please see look into the matter and see that above services get started at the earliest failing I have to approach to consumer court.
