I, ve been a MTNL landline customer (no 25224847) Since 1991. In July IPTV services were launched by MTNL and I appplied for the same and post the payment of Rs 1600 the Services were deployed at my Residence 26/57 Punjabi Bagh West. The Service was causing problems from day 1 itself and n number of calls were made to MTNL and we were informed that since IPTV Services for MTNL were provided by third party hence no 011-26991500 was shared With us for any complaints. The agony has been initiated and despite more Than 60 calls and 3-4 visits by The Company Engineers the situation was Status Quo and we called up at all levels in MTNL and they were rude and totally non responsive and NON-COOPERATIVE .In Sep 2008 finally We had requested for the Disconnection and which finally got matured In Feb. Till then I had to pay a monthly fee of rs 450 or so and a one time fee of rs 600 was also levied on my Bill. and despite n no of complaits to MTNL till date no amount has been rembuirsed to me. Henceforth i want to lodge a case in Consumer court against MTNL and want my Money to be rembuirsed with Intersest and penalty and compensation against the agony they caused me. I want a compensation of Rs 100000 which I'll be giving it to a charity.
