I very much regret to inform you that I am the regular users and customer for MTNL Broadband services charges a good amount every month towards their rental charges. Inspite of my repeated requests and complaints to MTNL (Area Manager) Mukerjee Nagar, Delhi vide complaint number 8614 date d March 3 and 3896 dated 19.04.2009 but no action has been taken as yet. Its really paining neither the area manager nor their senior are interested to listen to the customer problems. Why I should not go the court to get my refund for not providing services. It is once again requested the authority that necessary action may be taken against the officers seating on the phone numbers 27251295 and 27651323 Area Manager. I would request you kindly get the Broadband services urgently made functional and I may be refunded the amount which I have not been provided the services during the period from March 8 to till date. Waiting for an early reply.
