I am using MTNL Triband services since 2006. But from last 3-4 months, my Landline and Broadband connectivity is very poor. My Landline goes dead on every 8-10 days which results in no BB connectivity. I have registered complaints several time but my complaints got closed on its own, without acknowledging, without handling. Now I have dropped mail several times to Area Manager as well as to MTNL helpdesk, but not getting any response or acknowledgement.
Please suggest.
