Dear Sir/Madam,
I have mtnl's internet connection (011 - 22915344) for years and and IPTV also from last 1 year. I did not face much problem in the service in past. However, it is normal that there internet and IPTV do not work 5 days a month. But from the past two months My broad ban and the IPTV on the same Line are not working properly. when I complain to the 1504 they say that there is a line fault. And the line man says that the problem is from servers end as the phone is working correctly.
I don't know what the problem is it but I know how to disconnect the connection and take back the security deposite. I am at the verge of disconnecting the service. Please look into this.
