I Had applied for MTNL's Broadband Connection in the Month of May, At the time of submission of application to MTNL, their staff Members confim me that you will get connection within 7 working days. After 15 days i visit to MTNL for enquiry on the same & again i have informed them still i have not got connetion.
After visiting 2-3 times to their Sub - Engineer Mr. R.D.Yadav (Sub-Engineer, Borivali West- Shimpoli Branch) & after requesting him so many times finally, i got the connections installed to my PC . I got connections but it's no use for me because it is not working . the MTNL's Engineer who installed the connection told us that we will visit again tomorrow & get it resolved. But no one comes from MTNL till date. Then My Brother & my MOM every day visiting to MTNL& meet to MR. R.D.Yadav & everyday he ensure that today i will send person to your place . but i don't know from where the engineer is coming (May be he is asking for US to send their Engineer).
I would like to request you to kindly Look into this & help me in get the thing resolved so that i can get my Internet connection.
