I have complained several times for low browsing and downloading speed of my mtnl broaband connection
but nothing has happened yet and no one seems to be botherd about it. My internet plan is unlimited with
256 kbps but within a few days it reduced to 74 kbps (I checked on http://delhi.mtl.net.in website.). The customer care people just told me that my problem would be solved within a day or two but nothing happened and no one came from the company to check. Then i submitted a complaint and they fixed it but then again after 4 or 5 days my speed is coming very less.
My downloading speed is coming in bytes. I hope the authorities will pay attention to it and i hope i will not be forced to sign a complaint again in future. It is really irritating.
