No Network for Dolphin subscribers in IC Colony Borivli (W) since the 11th of Nov '09. Numerous complaints to 1503 said that my instrument is faulty, have refused to give complaint no by disconnecting line. With difficulty i was able to register No.CC 9120958 finally visited QSS centre Borivli 24/11 who confirmed no network, spoke to DGM Mr. Ghoel and in turn asked to contact GM Shrishankar. Mobile Services Provider. who is not available for last 24 hrs. His secretary said that she will pass the message, as he is busy at meetings. I have been given to understand that MTNL will not be able to provide the said service for for another 15 days, so how are they going to compensate us not only for defincies in services but also for not informing subscribers thru their help line who are not informed what to tell the subscriber.
There is no response from MTNL . All subscribers like myself using the service throught the day baring officegoers have been affected. I am the head of the ICCRWA organisation in IC Colony having to communicate with the BMC. Police NGO's and residents in the area what is MTNL's response. This needs to be solved immediatly and compensated for Are the Concerned personnel not aware of the problem?
