Slow internet speed

Hi,

Coincidently, i am also using the MTNL TRI B unlimited plan since January. The internet connection worked fine at 256kbps speed for a month and half and then the speed dropped to 20kbps. I have done my best to bring this upto MTNL customer support several times, and the outcome of all the complaints was that this is the right speed i am getting. I am fed up in thinking and discussing, why the internet speed worked excellent for 1month? and so and after internet speed went really down that sometimes i cannot download anything. The browsing speed has also been affected but MTNL concerned employees are not ready to listen to me so, now i am concerned about my money that i pay every month. I am conerned about my time that i spend over internet waiting for a webpage to load completely and waiting for MTNL technical people to fix this problem permanently. I pay the same approxmately 1000Rs each month as also other MTNL TRIB unlimited subscriber do, then why few of us get slow speed and rest would enjoy the internet as we also suppose do. Please this is getting really huge issue for me and i really like to disconnect the connection but i really don't find that a positive solution to this problem. Since march till now i have paid for the cost of TRI B unlimited service, now if i disconnect the connection then what do i i get in changing to a different ISP.What do i get by paying for the kind of service which i haven't been to use for past 2 months, i meant who will bare the cost and if MTNL is responsible to bare this cost then i will be happy to change to another best competitive ISP provider in the market. I have walked and discuss this problem with various MTNL personnel and what i get to hear is this that MTNL is not putting up with the capacity of connection the can handle and they are providing connection to each and everyone without putting any cost in the production or so called not putting money to make sure all the including existing and new gets the the same kind of services what is being promised while taking the connection from MTNL. This is highly cost cutting issue but this is not the way how MTNL is dealing. I have spoken to Area Manager and was told to delete my cache memory of my laptop, also that what i am facing is not possible. So, Area Manager is being either unaware of this issue or he is pretending to do so. And i do delete my temporary internet files and use my computer the same way when i didn't any issues with internet then all of sudden why now? I think MTNL is completely cheating atleast on me, i am not aware of others what steps they taken to fix this problem, because i am sure i am not the only one facing such problem with MTNL TRIB unlimited internet service.

Please help us out.
