i anil is user of mtnls broadband service.
the company installed a brodband connection by telling the downloading speed to be 256 kbps but provides us by only 20 kbps
when i complained into the mtnl sanchar hut they we know nothing about this it all coming from back.
i am very unsatisfied with there consumer service as i have complaint a number of time at phone every time they just give me a new complain number and they say that my problem will be rectified within 24 hours but till now 3 months had passed no action has been taken on this matter.
i would be thankful to you if you please look into this matter and take some necessary actionn against this company.
