Pre-paid connection disconnected

Hi,

I have a dolphin connection. My mobile no is 9868481680. But this no has been disconnected due to not receive ID proof. But I have also given my ID proof to retailer and also I have talked to him.

So retailer was saying that he will submitted my ID proof to Dolphin (MTNL) office today evening.

So I request to you please start to my connection services.
