MTNL Internet Broad Band Service
Non Connectivity and Frequent Dis connectivity

I have MTNL PH. No. 01122475070 in the name of jagdish chand with Internet Broad band Service. We have made complaint at Ph No. 1504 for broad Band Service from long time for non connectivity and frequent disconnectivity. I made last complaint on 14/5 Complaint no.5012.Lastly At Ph. No. 1504 lastly they informed that it is not rectifiable at their hand and you have to complain to area manager. I contacted to directory service at 197 and they given me no of Laxmi Nagar Area manager who said that it is not of his area and given me Ph. no. of Mr. Rajender 22481150/9868134111 who also said that it is not of his area. MTNL directory has no other Ph. no to complain and person at 1504 are saying it pending and they are helpless. I am frustrated with the service and want serious action.
