number-354847014777243 from S.R Telecom INC. S.V.Rd Irla, Andheri (W)
I bought the handset on 4/05/08 and started facing issues with the
display within one month.
There is a line in the display of the screen, have given the H/S for
repairs at nokia care centre (S.R Telecom, Irla Mumbai) on 18th June.
Job ID-5301041351 and i was informed i am getting a replacement but
with a white colour. I do not want to compromose on the colour as it
looks a different handset when the colour is chnaged. When i said i
wanted new black as replacement i was informed they dont have that in
stock. I have not accepted the handset and i am looking for a new black
handset as replacement i have recieved a new job ID-5301045098.
It was a fault with the handset and if it cannot be fixed i
cannot compromise on colour of the handset.
Its already been more than a 1 month and i still havent got any
resolution. I even
called the helpline number and they say i have to talk to the nokia
care centre when i talk to the care centre they say i have to call
customer care.
What i am expecting is a new black Nokia6110 or my money back.
