My Name is Arun.(I am Regular Season Tickect passenger)

I always come in the train KanyaKumari - Mumbai CST.The Train move always in the correct Time. But Our Problem is train always put crossing in the neyyattinkara station. And It arrival at 7.50Am

We all waste half an hour (1/2) time in that station only.we all come from another state.
