Delay in Despatch

Hi,

My file name is z351188, I have applied passport on 30th May 2008, till now not received. After police clearance they have given 17th July despatch, now its showing 13th August despatch. Please try to understand the situation as i need the passport at the earliest for my GRE exam. So, Please kindly despatch my passport at the earliest.
