today i went to Service Center in Gurgaon to SHow my N 76 Series. As my Bluetooth is not working. First they said to Give us Rs 110 Service charge. I said ok. Take it. first 5 mintues the excutive came out from his cabin and tells me that now there is software problem you have to pay Rs 500/ Rs 1800. I said ok i dont want to Do. Kindly Give my Money Back.
i ask you when they didnt checked my Mobile without anything they Took Money for service charge. I was Very Old Customer To Nokia. Now i have lost all faith in Nokia.
i dont want Money. i just want to tell you that this way you will looose customer and also Your Company Reputation by having uneducated Emplyees at Your Service Center. They dont know How to Talk with a Customer.
