We purchase a flat at silver strokes apartments 13 years before from Prithvi Realties at Bopal, Ahmedabad. The builder commited to provide paved roads, equipped gym, common plots as per rules, alloted parking, lift facilities, 24 hour water, sweeper services and charged extra money for all these facilitis. but after 13 years, not a single service is provided by builder and he is not ready to return our money. more in that now the builder is planning to construct flats in parking area too. He threaten us to harm us if we ask him about all above facilities.
we paid 25000 for electric supply, 50000 for lift, 125000 for alloted parking and gym facilities, and we spend about 150000 as maintenance in last 13 years compensation
We want that builder must establish all the facilities he committed 13 years before when he sold this flat to us as soon as possible and pay us compensation for the problems we suffe
